About Me

Let me make your life easier and support you in growing your business

My name is Lucy, I am based in South Yorkshire and have worked in a number of industries throughout my career including finance, insurance and mainly education. Even though I am a virtual assistant, I don't want to be faceless. It is important to me that my client's can put a face to the name as it helps build a productive working relationship. So here I am, worts and all!

About me.... where do I start? I am a mum to two wonderful boys who are my main passion in life. My other passion is food!! I love nothing more than cooking up a tasty feast and when I'm not cooking I enjoy trying out new cuisines.

Whilst working in the above  industries a common theme of my role was to provide administrative and customer service support. With the skills and experience I have gained through my 25 years of working I decided to set up my own business in the pursuit of making other business owners lives a lot easier by supporting them to make virtually anything possible!

One of the main roles within my career was assessing apprenticeships and more recently I was a key player in setting up the business that I worked for as an awarding body for end point assessments. With assessments I was responsible for designing, developing and delivering quality teaching and learning in my specialised fields of customer service and business admin, in doing this I have very high standards of not only my work but the work of others who I assessed.

My Values

I am a great believer in treating others how I expect to be treating myself. I pride myself on being positive, honest, trustworthy, loyal and friendly. I feel that these characteristics are integral to building and developing healthy and strong working relationships and value the same characteristics in others too, if you like what you are reading then I reckon we will be a good match already!

Virtual Possibilities supported my business so much by taking on the time-consuming tasks that I didn't need to do myself. By doing this I was able to focus on the bigger picture of my company.
